Terms and Conditions of Request and Purchase

1. Brand-New Machines: All quoted prices refer to brand-new machines, unless otherwise specified.
2. Model Years: Unused machines are limited to model years 2024 and 2025 only.
3. Pricing & Charges: Prices are based on export terms and subject to the following additional charges:
→ 5% VAT
→ 1.5% UAE customs duty
→ 1.5% brokerage fee
→ Transportation costs (based on delivery destination)
4. Used Machine Availability: Used machines can be supplied upon request, subject to mutual agreement on pricing and availability.
5. Request Submission: Please submit vehicle specifications along with the completed request form to the email provided on the main page. Our team will contact you promptly upon receipt.
6. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the proforma invoice issued after final confirmation of purchase by both parties.
